Problem 1 screen printing is not accurate
Definition: Patterns of two or more colors, after being printed on the fabric, the pattern of one or several colors is disengaged or collapsed, misplaced, and not printed on the position of the print. This phenomenon is called inaccurate flower.
cause:
1.The gap between the printing plate and the positioner on the printing table or printing machine is too large. When the positioner on the printing plate is loose, the force generated by the operation of the squeegee and the layout will shift the printing plate, and the pattern cannot be printed on the printing position.
2.When the printing frame is deformed and the screen attached to the frame is partially loose, the partial pattern on the plate will move away from the original position.
3.The degree of dryness and wetness of each printing plate in the same pattern is quite different, and the layout with high humidity is loose or partially loose. When the squeegee is running, the pattern of the layout is moved to the direction of the force, on the fabric. Partial or all of the pattern will have different degrees of misalignment.
4.During the operation of the printing plate, the printed piece or cloth is moved to cause the printed pattern to move on the printing table.
5.When the printing plate stretches, the screen tension is quite different or uneven. When affected by temperature and humidity, the layout of the screen with small or uneven tension is prone to shift.
Problem two seepage (diffusion, bleed)
Definition: One or several colors on the fabric, the contour edges of the pattern are outwardly extended, and all or part of the edge of the pattern is formed with a rough color with the same color as the pattern and a lighter color. The third hue occurs when the patterns of two different colors meet or are adjacent, and these phenomena are called percolation.
cause:
1.In the paint printing paste, the content of thickener is insufficient or the amount of water is too much, and the consistency of the printing paste does not meet the requirements. Due to the faster flow speed of the printing paste, the pattern colorant on the fabric flows more than the edge of the pattern, and the pattern outline is unclear.
2.During the printing operation, the speed of the squeegee is slow, the pressure is large, the amount of slurry is large, and the number of round trips is frequent, etc., which will make the pattern too much. The color paste will bleed out of the pattern due to the excess of the amount of pulp applied to the fabric.
3.When the pattern area is large and the fabric has a large amount of pulp, the printed fabric will be increased in humidity after being stacked for a long time, and the pattern color paste is easy to spread outward.
4.When the printing paste is prepared, the mixing is uneven or the printing paste is diluted with water directly, which will affect or destroy the stability of the printing paste in the emulsified state.
5.When printing on synthetic fiber fabric, synthetic fiber and natural fiber blended fabric or interwoven fabric, since the synthetic fiber is hydrophobic, the printing paste is easily osmotic to the pattern.
6.Organize relatively thin fabrics with small suction capacity, which is particularly sensitive to the amount of slurry, and it is easy to cause permeation when the amount of color paste is slightly larger.

cause:

Definition: The shades of the same color on the fabric are inconsistent in color and shade. When the pattern area is large, there are irregular strips, horizontal shades and regular longitudinal shades, which are called uneven shades.
cause:
1.During the printing operation, the speed and pressure of the squeegee operation are inconsistent or the slurry is uneven, which will make the amount of the sizing of the pattern more or less, and the pattern color of the fabric will be deeper.
2.When the running scraper jumps or slightly lifts, the residual color paste on the pattern will reach the fabric, resulting in a darker horizontal color.
3.The edge of the rubber scraper is not flat. When the pressure and the amount of the slurry are uneven during the printing, the pattern on the fabric will be in a regular, dark and inconsistent longitudinal color.
4.The partial depression of the printing table or the printing plate layout is far away from the fabric on the printing table, which will make the pattern insufficient and the color is light.
