Tweed is the most representative fabric in the Chanel-style (or Little Black Dress-inspired) materials, being blended from multiple fibers such as wool, cotton, linen, and silk. Sometimes, it is also adorned with metallic threads and sequins as details, enhancing its characteristics.

Tweed often exhibits an irregular interweaving effect of colored yarns, possessing a unique texture and three-dimensional sense. Its rich patterns, such as twill, herringbone, and check, add layers and aesthetic appeal to the fabric. At the same time, tweed fabric is thick in texture but soft to the touch, with a moderate gloss that presents a low-key yet noble shine. The fabric's thickness and soft, comfortable feel give it a heavy, crisp quality, enabling it to shape the three-dimensionality and contours of clothing and home furnishing items.
